Stuck to Steady is a 12-session coaching journey designed for ADHD brains that want support, clarity, and steadiness — not pressure, shame, or unrealistic expectations.
Over 12 sessions, we slow things down and work together to understand how your brain works, what’s getting in the way, and what genuinely helps you move forward. This isn’t about becoming a “new you” — it’s about building steadier foundations using tools, strategies, and compassion that actually stick.
