What Is ADHD Coaching?
ADHD coaching is a supportive, collaborative process that helps you build self-awareness, create strategies that work for your brain, and take action toward your goals-without shame or pressure.
Is ADHD Coaching The Same As Therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on the present and the future-helping you move forward. It's not a replacement for therapy or mental health treatment, though many clients find coaching a helpful compliment.
Do I Need A Formal Diagnosis To Work With You?
Not at all. Many of my clients are self-identified ADHDers, late-diagnosed, or still exploring. If you relate to ADHD traits, you're welcome here.
What Happens In A Coaching Session?
Each session is a safe, non-judgmental space to explore, what's working, what's not, and what small, practical changes could help. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your needs.
