A gentle first step towards ADHD support for your child or young person
My free 20-minute discovery call is an opportunity for us to have an informal chat, talk about the challenges your child is experiencing and explore whether ADHD coaching might be a good fit.
There’s no pressure, no judgement and no expectation to commit to coaching.
What will we talk about?
During our call, we can discuss:
- The challenges your child or young person is experiencing at home, at school or in everyday life.
- What they find difficult and where they might benefit from additional support.
- How ADHD coaching could help them develop practical strategies that work for them.
- Any questions you have about my approach, sessions or how coaching works.
A supportive, individual approach
My approach is gentle, practical and neuro-affirming. I believe children and young people deserve to feel understood, rather than feeling they need to change who they are to fit in.
Coaching can help them explore their strengths, understand how their brains work and find strategies that make everyday life feel more manageable.
Every young person is different, so support is tailored to their individual needs, experiences and goals.
Who is the discovery call for?
The call is an opportunity for parents or carers to find out more about ADHD coaching for their child or young person, aged 11–18.
Depending on their age and comfort level, we can discuss whether it would be helpful for your child to join us for part or all of the call.
What happens next?
If we feel coaching could be a good fit, I’ll explain the available options and answer any further questions. You can then decide whether you’d like to take the next step.
The discovery call is completely free and carries no obligation to book coaching sessions.
Sometimes, the most helpful first step is simply having a conversation with someone who understands.
